Glamping Tent

  • Lyn has created a glamping experience on her property in Signal Mountain, TN. It embodies everything that she talks about in her hospitality course! It's such a beautiful and inviting space. Every little detail has been thought out and so much love poured into it. It's the perfect couples getaway or girls' weekend! Annie

  • We have been so blessed to spend the past few days here. The setting is serene, comfortable, and well equipped. Lyn has thought of every little detail- organic teas, soft blankets, interesting reading material and champagne. Temperatures got down to the 40's at night but we didn't mind with the cozy gas stove. There is lots to see in the surrounded area and the quaint town of Chattanooga is a gem worth visiting. Lyn and Brett, the best of all was time spent with you in good conversation. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be back again. The Presence of the Lord is surely in this place! Karen

  • This place is magical...so inviting and peaceful. It felt like a retreat for me and my kids to get away from our daily craziness and just rest and relax. We will definitely be back. Holly

  • So wonderful to be able to come here and relax as a family. The tent was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the beautiful Spring Theme! So beautiful to see the vibrancy of the forest around us as well. All the special touches show Lyn's love for her guests/friends. We were truly blessed by them and our time here. We know this will be a place of rest and refreshment for all who come here. Grace

  • Oh my, it was ah-MAZING!! The tent is enormous, and all the touches Lyn added just made us feel spoiled and special. She is the quintessential hostess – knowing when to bless us with her gift of hospitality, and when to let us vacation on our own in our private treehouse. Our "Out of Africa" theme made us feel like we had traveled to another continent (Lyn has several themes to choose from), the tent filled with genuine articles from her South African heritage. It had the feel of camping mixed with touches of luxury. On the one hand, we battled bugs, weathered hair-frizzing humidity, and experienced torrential lightning storms; and on the other, we slept in luxurious comfort, enjoyed modern plumbing, and reveled in the beauty of God’s creation. It was the perfect getaway. Lori

Tiny House

  • This is the cutest tiny house! It was just as described, and the host thought of everything to make it comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into it.I loved the tea, cider, and light breakfast options. I snacked on the granola all day! I wish I could have stayed longer. It is a perfect place to unplug and refresh. I will definitely go back again. Lisa-Ann

  • It was our first time staying in a "tiny house" so I wasn't really sure what to expect. My oh my, was I in for a delightful surprise!! We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Tiny House! The space was beautifully decorated and adorably charming. Every detail was full of thoughtfulness, creativity and so pretty! The loft bed was very comfortable and the natural light that filled the space was such a peaceful way to wake up. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the screened in porch listening to birds singing. Lyn has thought of and prepared everything you might need from several types of tea/coffee, granola and bread (including gluten free!) for a quick breakfast, cooking appliances, to craft supplies and the fluffiest white towels. It's a tiny house bursting with charm! We felt so welcomed and absolutely will come back again. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I would highly recommend this home! Annie

  • My sweet friend and I have dreamed for a year of a Mother-Daughter Getaway for our sweet 5th grade daughters. We knew the tiny house was going to be cute, but it was Over the Top Adorable!!!! Mothers and daughters alike walked in squealing at every tiny detail! We couldn’t agree on what our favorite part was: the handmade flower pillows, the retro green fridge, the precious painted chandelier, the twin hammock chairs … this list goes on and on! Mrs. Lyn has thought of everything you could need to cook and eat pretty in the tiny kitchen. She also has the sweetest assortment of teas & coffees, plus the fridge is stocked with homemade granola in glass jars and different bread options in the freezer (with GF options!). We were so cozy and happy tucked into our tiny dream house for the weekend! Christine

  • Me and some friends came to the tiny home for a last minute trip, and were so amazed by our experience. The house was so quaint and exactly like the photos. Lyn and her husband did everything they could to make our weekend as relaxing as possible. Even as a group of 4 adults, we had no problems sleeping in the tiny home. The top bunk and the pullout bed are very comfortable. They even made us a Swedish torch for the fire pit when we mentioned that we were planning to use it. Every little detail of the house was so sweet and thoughtful. In the morning, we watched the cows graze in the woods next to the fire pit while we made breakfast. We only wished we planned a longer stay! The morning after, the hosts were also kind enough to let us drive around the property in the Kei Van which was a blast! They showed us around the properties that they are currently constructing and renting out nearby, all of which are just as beautiful. We will be coming back! Brian

  • What a gorgeous and peaceful location! Not only is the area beautiful but the Tiny House is stunning, perfect balance of attention to detail and clean and open. The bathroom is huge and appointed with everything I needed. The screened porch, with hammock chairs, was ideal for morning coffee and my evening glass of wine. Sitting for hours, looking at the trees and meadows was my favorite thing to do, I did not even feel the need to read my book. Watching nature, listening to the bird life was restorative after a stressful month! What a wonderful stay, I would love to do it again! Jodene

  • My friend and I stayed in Lyn's tiny house on Signal Mountain for a weekend reunion. This was my first stay in a tiny house and it set a high bar. In every interaction, Lyn is incredibly friendly and responsive and catered to wants and needs I didn't even know I had. The property is peaceful and relaxing and the tiny house is adorable and feels incredibly open and inviting for it's tiny size. Every detail is intentional from the beautiful wallpaper, the cute teas & jams, the comfortable shower and fresh linens, to the handmade decorative pillows and hand painted chandelier. I slept on the top bunk which was very comfortable with plenty of room and even had reading lights and a place to plug in my phone. We spent the mornings talking with our fresh coffee, sitting in the comfy hanging chairs on the screened in porch watching the beautiful sunrise. It was more than a nice place to stay... it was one of those lifelong memorable experiences. Holly

  • This beautiful tiny home was just right for us! Though we only got to stay a night the atmosphere stood out to us immediately as we pulled in. From the start the surrounding area is beautiful! As soon as we stepped out of the car we were welcomed by a cute little walk way up the little “bank”. Lynelle made it extremely easy by leaving the door unlocked for us! The sun room outside was the perfect place to relax after a 4 hour drive up! Sitting on the hanging chairs and listening to music as we watched the squirrels and the birds dance around the trees! Now to get started on the inside! The inside was just as pictured! An amazing set up with a nice and comfortable loft bed. A cute little kitchen, and a very clean and cozy bathroom as well! There is also a bed “downstairs” for those who are unable to climb up to the loft! The color scheme and furniture made is seem like a cottage! Overall everything was perfect, I felt like I was in a fairytale! Harley

Farmhouse

  • To get away these days of our lives seems almost impossible.Yet when I entered into the Farmhouse I knew this was exactly where I needed to be. This place is truly something else. Our hosts were so warm and hospitable helping me to disengage from life’s stress , to disconnect and be present in the moment. I will definitely be back with my family. Thank you for building such a special place and inviting me to come. Shadi

Danish Cottage

  • Our stay in the Danish cottage was very pleasant. The home itself is very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated throughout. We loved the various paintings as well as the wall in the kitchen with the hanging plates. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances worked great. The bed downstairs was extremely comfortable and the adjoining bathroom was spacious and had great touches. The J's were thoughtful hosts and very responsive. They seemed very nice and willing to share what they know about the area. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks like it does in the photos. The Danish Cottage is very conveniently located and just 10 mins to downtown Chattanooga. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed taking walks around the property and neighborhood and listening to the sounds of the birds. We also got a chance to experience the outdoor firepit, the stars, and playing with the badminton set. We loved our stay at the Danish Cottage. K

  • Our stay at Lyn’s property was wonderful! Its a great location, on a quiet street. The yard is huge!! Great for young kids to play around in. I also appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all essential equipment needed to cook all our meals at home. The house is beautiful, light-filled, spacious and laid out well, with the master bed and bath on the first floor and 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. My husband enjoyed using the upstairs bedroom that has a nice big window and balcony as his office for working from home. There is a nice big laundry room with a huge washer and dryer. We also made use of the fire pit outside and the kids loved roasting smores. And I enjoyed many mornings and evenings reading on the quiet front porch. I cant say enough good things about this property! It was just what we needed for a month long stay as we looked for a long-term rental in the area. M
